If several of your products carry a qualifying producer guarantee, you do not need to create labels one by one. Batch mode takes a spreadsheet and returns a ZIP with a label for every row. Everything runs in your browser; the file is never uploaded.
Key point: Three columns, brand, model and years, up to 1,000 rows per file. Upload, map the columns, fix invalid rows, choose variants and formats, download one ZIP.
Step 1: Prepare the spreadsheet
Create a CSV or XLSX file with one row per product model and three columns:
- brand: the producer’s brand name as it should appear on the label;
- model: the model identifier, one per row;
- years: the guarantee duration, whole years such as 5 or half years such as 2,5.
Column names are free; you map them in the next step. A header row is recommended. Download the CSV or XLSX template from the batch tab if you prefer to start from a file that already has the right structure.
Keep one model per row. The label has a single model identifier field and connects to exactly one model. If several variants share one identifier in the producer’s guarantee statement, one row is enough.
Step 2: Upload the file
Open the batch tab in the generator and drop your file on the upload area, or browse for it. CSV and XLSX are accepted. For XLSX files with several sheets, pick the sheet that contains your product list.
The file is read locally. Nothing is sent to a server, so the upload takes as long as reading a file from your disk.
Step 3: Map the columns
The tool shows the columns it found and asks which one holds the brand, which the model and which the years. If your header row is not the first row, set the header row number. If a column name matches, it is pre-selected; check it anyway.
Step 4: Check the validation
Every row is validated with the same rules as the single-label form:
- brand and model must be present and must fit the official 9 pt slots;
- years must be a whole number or a half year with a decimal comma, and more than two;
- duplicate rows are flagged; they are still generated and their files get a numbered suffix.
The summary shows how many rows are valid, invalid and duplicate. The preview table lists each row with its status. Fix invalid rows in your spreadsheet and upload again, or continue and let the tool skip them. Remove duplicates if you do not want two files for one model.
Files with more than 1,000 rows are rejected. Split them into smaller files and generate them one after another.
Step 5: Choose variants and formats
Pick what each label should be exported as:
- variants: the full label, the nested strip for online use, or both;
- formats: SVG, PNG, JPG or WebP at 1200 px wide for the web, and PDF at 95 × 100 mm in CMYK for print.
The PDF is produced for the full label only, because the nested strip is not allowed in print. The tool estimates the number of files and the approximate ZIP size before you start. See which file format for which channel.
Step 6: Generate and download
Press the generate button. Labels are rendered in a background thread with a progress indicator; you can cancel at any time. When finished, one ZIP is downloaded. File names are built from the brand, model and duration, so you can match them to your catalogue by name.
If a row could not be rendered in a chosen format, the ZIP still contains the other formats and a warning lists what was skipped.
Limits and privacy
- up to 1,000 rows per file, unlimited files;
- web formats fixed at 1200 px wide;
- no account, no API, no server: the whole pipeline runs in your browser;
- anonymous, cookie-free analytics count page views only and never see your data.
FAQ
Can I import my whole product feed?
Yes, if you reduce it to the three columns first. Filter the feed to models that carry a qualifying producer guarantee; the label must not be generated for other products.
Why are some rows marked invalid?
Usually because the years value is 2 or less, is not a whole or half year, or contains a unit such as months, or because the brand or model does not fit the fixed slot. See how to enter the guarantee duration.
Can I run batch mode on a phone?
Yes. Memory use stays low because web formats are fixed at 1200 px. Very large files are still faster on a desktop.
